We want you to be delighted with your Become Unplayable purchase.

If there's a problem with your order, we'll do everything we can to put it right.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've changed your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos where possible

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll let you know the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, this may take a few working days to appear.
